Attendance at CB2330 lab sessions is recorded electronically through this service.
Each check-in stores your KTH email address, a timestamp, and a random browser identifier. The identifier is kept in a cookie on your device and is used only to detect duplicate submissions. Your email address may also be kept in your browser's local storage so you do not have to retype it; you can clear it at any time via the "Not you?" link or your browser settings.
The records are used solely to report the LAB1 course credit (1.5 hp) in Ladok. Processing is carried out as part of KTH's task of examining course participants.
The records are stored on a server operated by the course instructor and are not shared with anyone else or used for any other purpose. All attendance records are deleted once final grades have been reported in Ladok.
You may ask what is recorded about you, have mistakes corrected, or raise any concern about this processing by contacting the course instructor (course responsible, CB2330, KTH). You also have the right to contact KTH's data protection officer or the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
